All engines that run a thermostat need to have some type of bypass provision to avoid localized hot spots, minimize the chance of steam pockets developing, promote even and rapid warm-up, and prevent water-pump cavitation.
The bypass hose allows coolant to recirculate within the engine, without passing through the radiator, as it does when the engine is warmed up and the thermostat opens. The bypass hose connects the thermostat housing and the water pump
All engine has two radiator hoses: an inlet hose, which takes the hot engine coolant from the engine and transports it to the radiator, and an outlet hose, which transports the engine coolant from the radiator to the engine.

Brazing welding workhop: To give out better performance of the bypass tube ,EGR tube ,cylinder inlet pipe engine oil pickup tube we use the brazing copper welding pipe instead of shield welding.

Bending workshop:To give out the best bending service for the bending pipe ,The bending pipe production was completed by the CNC bending machine or stamping machine ,to make each conner perfect withou winkle.
