Casting aluminum engine oil pan CNC production

Most of the automotive steel part need the mold stamping die ,bending dies......However if we have some of the part didnot need the huge QTY such as less than 500pcs once a time ,We will suggest our customer to use the CNC machining production process instead of the stamping press production process ,such as valve cover ,engine oil pan ,transmission oil pan ,engine oil pump house ,engine water pump house 

The CNC machining production process was much more popular than before ,because the CNC machine can be afford by reasonable cost current,The below was the CNC workshop for the stamping dies mold and products
