When we got a sample from a customer ,the first thing was got the data from the pipe
The OEM sample was made by the plastic which OEM NO
96180035,96273608,
There were two bypass pipe and one input and output for the coolant material though the whole engine .

When we take the engine water coolant pipe sample from the customer ,we will reading all the data from the pipe.
Normally the engine coolant pipe need a lot of way to go ,the sample there were two engine bypass pipe on the coolant tube.

Reverse engineer software by geomagic design,after the scanning data process from the sample as stl format file,we will start to built the 3D mold for the cylinder output water pipe.
The position for the car water pump pipe ,the metal bracket to lock on the engine block ,those data need to be in tolerance within 0.01mm.
The thermometer house input and out put port on the pipe which as connector for the hose
3D printer to verification for fitment
We need to 3D print to double check the data from the collect was correct to fitment on the cyliner ,thermometer house ,bypass connecter
Welding fixture for engine coolant pipe
The welding fixture was the key process to put the bypass water pipe ,metal bracket into one piece.
We will use the MIG welding to connect bypass water pipe ,metal pipe ,metal stamping bracket together
Vacuum brazing
1.Brazing for seamless tube Copper braze paste CU 103-BS EN ISO 17672
2.The cylinder inlet water ,engine water pump pipe ,EGR pipe ,auto air conditionging tube was connect all the part by brazing or called copper welding .
3.The brazing welding can give out the best appearance and mechanical proprietary for the engine coolant pipe
