Engine Oil pan are divided into engine oil pan and transmission oil pan.It can appy on the heavy duty truck ,light truck ,car ,auto engine part 4X4 etc....
The engine oil pan also called engine oil sump is attached to the bottom of the engine with bolts gasket and is the reservoir for oil that gets pumped throughout the engine to lubricate, clean and cool moving parts, Acts as a reservoir for your engine motor oil.
The transmission oil pan keeps your transmission fluid safe and reliable. When you turn off the vehicle, the oil pan can be used as a sump.
Raw material:High quality materials steel (DC04,Dc06,SPCC…) cold rolled steel plate
Surface treatment: e-coating ,plating,power coating
Oil pan oil sump manufacturing techniques Stamping out of cold rolled steel solid construction light weight difficult to deform.
Factory engine oil pan oil sump Internal baffled design prevents oil from spattering when vehicle is accelerating braking or steering where applicable.
Oil pan comes with drain plug bolted tightly.
The edges are stamped flatly anti leak durability and leak free performance.
Surface treatment:Special coating is difficult to fall off corrosion resistance.
Oil Pan is Precisely Manufactured with High Quality Steel Material, Designed to Keep Transmission Healthy and to Prolong the Life of Transmission Oil
We focus on the stamping forming bending welding part for engine oil pan, transmission oil filter, transmission oil pan, oil dipstick ,oil pickup tube strainer, auto coolant pipe ,bypass water pipe ,engine cylinder inlet water pipe ,thermostat cover ,thermostat connector pipe almost 30 years.
Founded in 1992, Started exporting in 2008, which is now covered more than 10000 square meters and with 439 employee.
Production workshop
Stamping press workshop
The most popular engine oil pan was produce by the stamping drawing ,we had about 30 set of stamping press cover from 30T to 2100T,those hydraulic pressure stamping machine can made the engine oil pan for auto to heavy duty truck engine oil sump from front oil sump to rear oil sump, the baffle and the other engine part bracket also produce in this workshop.
Stamping Workshop
Overview of the Stamping workshop with cover the
Stamping equipment from 100T to 800T.
Hydraulic Press cover from 50T to 3100T.
With the mold(die, tooling) produce by ourselves we can customize allkinds of metal shape according to customer drawing call out.

Metal Surface Protection Processes
Passivation - This cleaning and conditioning process for stainless steel is used to prevent corrosion.
Cadmium Plating - Cadmium plating is a unique combination of corrosion resistance, solder ability, and antistatic characteristics. It is commonly used in aerospace applications. It may be clear, yellow, black or olive drab.
Powder Coating - With exceptional durability and environmentally-friendly characteristics, powder coating is the preferred alternative to painting.
Anodize - Anodize produces a uniform and much harder than natural oxidation which will not flake off like paint. Aluminum may be dyed to receive a colored finish at the end of the anodizing process.
Tin Plating -Tin Plating is used in the food industry. It is also used in the electronics industry for its solder ability.
Zinc Plating - This process is used to prevent oxidation and corrosion of the base material, protecting it and extending its working life.
Chrome Plating - While used primarily as a decorative finish, chrome plating also reduces friction.
Gold and Silver Plating - Gold and Silver plating are ideal for ornamental purposes. It is also used in electronics due to the resistance to corrosion.
Black Oxide - This is an excellent choice for indoor corrosion protection on products with oil or wax finishes.
Anneal - Anneal is a baking process that decreases the temper of the material.
Heat Treat/Age - Heat Treat / Age is a baking process that increases the temper of the material.
